Customer Pick-up at the Frankfurt International Airport

Our meeting pick-up points at the Frankfurt International Airport:
Terminal 1 - Departures level (above) between the exits A1 and A2.
Terminal 2 - Exit E 8 (the last exit when leaving the front of this Terminal).
Since this exit is very easy to find, one cannot miss it.

For business customers and guests from abroad we also offer, if desired,
pick up at a meeting point with the use of a correspondingly appropriate sign.

The meeting point is in front of Mc Donald's Restaurant (outside), as this location is centrally located and very easy to find.

Location Detection and Positioning System

Taxi Zuber has used GPS systems in fleet control management for over 15 years.
In 2010 our system has been expanded and modernized, to ensure future quality and
continued customer satisfaction. All vehicles are equipped with the most modern
GPS emergency call technology including the latest GPS navigation units in order
to serve the customers still more efficiently and punctually.

Central Telephone Switchboard

Taxi Zuber’s operational headquarters is situated in the industrial area of Kronberg - Oberhöchstadt,
in the Niederhöchstädterstraße 64. One to two central dispatchers manage the arrangements for incoming orders
and the outgoing trips in three shifts. The central dispatchers are usually able to communicate in two or three
languages. They are fluent in German and have good knowledge of the English language.
Modern computer technology and GPS-equipped cars provide our central dispatchers with an exact picture
of the vehicle’s position at any given time. They serve the customer faster and more precisely by being able
to respond at short notice quickly, accurately and are always well informed.

Vehicles

More than 20 vehicles are underway for you daily and around the clock under the phone numbers 06173 - 78 0 78 and 06174 - 22 6 77.
Most vehicles are comfortable cars of different makes, such as sedans and station-wagons of the manufacturers Volkswagen and Mercedes.
Upon request, you will be driven in a black BMW sedan limousine or a black higher-capacity Bus.

If you are already underway and would like to call a taxi, you can be driven by our taxis at the following stopping points without reservation.

Kronberg:
S-Bahn End-Station (last stop); heavily frequented at night to 01.00 a.m.
South S-Bahn Train Station
Berliner Platz at the corner of Katharinenstraße

Königstein:
Königsteiner Parkplatz (Königstein central parking area and bus-stop)
